A New Chapter in Warsaw

Held in the prestigious setting of the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw, the fourth edition of the forum opened with high-level remarks on the future of European cooperation. The opening speeches were delivered by Michał Kurtyka, Minister of Climate and Environment, and His Excellency Frédéric Billet, Ambassador of France to Poland.

Economic Challenges and Global Debt

The first panel, dedicated to Economics, tackled the pressing issue of the future of global debt. This session featured prominent experts including Beata Javorcik, Chief Economist at the EBRD, and Paweł Wojciechowski, former Minister of Finance and former Ambassador to the OECD. They were joined by Piotr Arak, Director of the Polish Economic Institute, and Sebastian Skuza, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Finance and Inspector of Financial Information.

Capital Markets, Climate, and Culture

Following the economic analysis, the agenda expanded to cover three critical pillars of recovery. The discussion on Capital Markets explored key challenges and directions for development in Poland, specifically looking for opportunities for Polish "unicorns" in a world of low interest rates.

Subsequent sessions addressed the central role of climate policy in the calculus of modern governance, emphasizing the shift toward sustainable decision-making. The day concluded with a reflective panel on Culture in the post-pandemic reality, analyzing how the creative sector adapts to the new global environment.

Closing and Partnerships

The forum was brought to a close by His Excellency Tomasz Młynarski, Ambassador of Poland to France. The event was realized with the support of strategic partners including the Royal Lazienki Museum, Bank Polski, BGK, CEC Group, Fundacja GPW, PFR Group, and Sciences Po.
